The Dual CamJam 1" Strap Tensioner is the ultimate lashing tool, allowing you to create your own lashing or connection solution with most 1" straps. Paired with our premium 1" polypropylene webbing in multiple lengths and featuring an integrated loop on one end, you have the complete lashing system. The heavy-duty zinc alloy Dual CamJam Buckle features two separate cam-locking mechanisms, allowing you to slide the buckle in and position it virtually anywhere in your setup. The proprietary design creates the ability to tighten the strap in a straight line or in a loop configuration, providing maximum versatility and strength.

This system can be used in two ways: in a fixed end configuration or in a traditional loop configuration. Watch our video tutorial in the instruction sheet below to see them in action. In the fixed end configuration, the webbing’s integrated loop allows for easy attachment of the webbing to one anchor point while the free end can be placed over or around your gear and around the other anchor point. Cam 1 allows you to easily slide it onto the webbing and easily and securely adjust the buckle placement within your setup. Complete your setup by looping the webbing around your load and the other anchor point, then inserting the end of the webbing through Cam 2 to easily tighten the load in place. This setup uses half as much webbing as traditional loop tie-down straps and creates a 3:1 mechanical advantage—what we call Tension Enhancement Technology(TM). For example, applying 50 pounds of force is enough to achieve 150 pounds, making the Dual CamJam a simpler solution than complicated cam tie-down straps.
