High Quality Wires

Wire quality is critical to the construction, durability, and strength of tactical equipment. Two factors adversely affect wire durability:

• Mold: It is a major factor in the deterioration of military equipment, causing it to rot and ultimately leading to unacceptable failure.
• Sunlight: Has a detrimental effect on the performance of wires, causing them to deteriorate over time.

Warrior uses only the highest quality nylon threads that meet U.S. military specifications, imported from the United States, and treated against UV and mildew.

• Acid Resistance: Good
• Alkali Resistance: Good
• Fiber Abrasion Resistance: Excellent
• Heat Resistance: 142°C (Maximum continuous temperature before rupture)
• Fiber Melting Point: 265°C

Fabric Conforms to Military Specifications (MIL SPEC)

500D nylon fabric offers improved resistance to tearing and abrasion, providing exceptional durability. Made from solution-dyed yarns, 500D nylon fabric is naturally stain resistant and easy to clean. Multicam, Coyote Tan, Ranger Green, Black and A-TACS FG fabrics are all treated to minimize their IR detectability.

MOLLE System

This product uses the MOLLE system to connect to other elements, creating a modular and adaptable system.
